Thanksgiving Poem By Larry Sells

Larry Sells, one of the participants in this year’s Halloween Poem contest, has provided us with a wonderful Thanksgiving poem. I decided to publish it here on ‘Writer’s Treasure Chest’ as a guest post. Thank you very much, Larry.

Family Gathering
Food on the table.
Words of love enter hearts.
Hugs give support.
Tears of joy are wiped
off with love. Families
grow and get smaller.
Love becomes a tradition.
Love is more important
than what’s on the table.
The hugs, kisses, warm people’s
hearts and souls. Gratitude gets shared.
Peace joins us all; one person at a time.
