Smorgasbord Blog Magazine – Christmas Party 2020 – Invite a pet (yours or one you have borrowed)

Check out Sally’s Smorgasbord blog. She needs your help for a new Holiday Christmas challenge!

Smorgasbord Blog Magazine

This year the Christmas party is going to be held over two weekends (or more posts if enough guests respond) .. 12th/13th and 19th/20th of December. The theme is our pets, past and present, who usually love the activities at Christmas, especially the extra treats going around at the time.

Most of us have photographs of our dogs, cats and other cuddly members of the family.(A Christmas theme would be great but not essential).. but if you don’t have any photographs of your own pets, then you can borrow one for the occasion…there are plenty of funny images of pets at Christmas on the web that are free to use. Or you might find a friend or family member willing to lend you one for the party.

There will be food and drink of course and a video or two and I will make sure to add your details including…

Merry Christmas – 2019

Christmas time to me is a month of reflection back to the year. 2019 was a busy, very eventful year.

I published the second book in my ‘The Council Of Twelve’ series, Sundance.

progressed immensely in my writing, had my first book signing, I’m open to author visits, did some promotion, blogged…

Writer’s Chest developed too and I have to thank you all for that!

Thank you very much for being a part of my writing adventure and for making my writing life interesting, happy and enjoyable.

However, not everything worked out as smoothly as I hoped it would! 2019 was a particularly eventful, but also difficult year in many ways! Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers and hope that in 2020 there will be more progress in my life. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers now and every moment I can.

The coming Holidays are important to me as they are to you!

I wish you and your families and loved ones:

Smorgasbord Blog Magazine – Christmas Party – Just One Wish – Guests, Food, Music and laughter – Written By Sally Cronin

Sally Cronin plays the Fairy Godmother this Christmas. Thank you, Sally, for your positive, cheerful and surprising Christmas party – and thank you so much for having me as one of your guests!

The theme for this year’s party is ‘Just One Wish’. We are all familiar with the story of Cinderella and her Fairy Godmother, who was pretty liberal with that magic wand of hers and managed to turn a pumpkin into a golden carriage.

Unfortunately, she has long since retired and hung up her wand, but because I asked nicely (and she would like me to promote her memoir – The Prince Charmings I have Known!) she has agreed to allow my guests, just one wish…

My thanks to everyone who sent in their special wish and with a great deal of positive thought from us all, and of course a little assistance from the magic wand of the Fairy Godmother, they might just come true…

Please help yourself to food and drink and if you would like to dance on the tables… that is great. You will find links to authors’ author pages and a selection of their books and their social media so please head over and discover more.

Merry Christmas – 2018

As usually Christmas time are the days of the year I think back to the past year. What happened? Did I like the year? How many problems did I face? Were they severe?

Let me try to explain it.

When I’m in a job I don’t like, I’m unhappy. I figure, I took too long what happened there and that didn’t do me any good.

But:

I had amazing family time twice this year, was traveling (even though that wasn’t always good either, but at least funny), I met friends, made new friends, found out who are my true friends and best of all:

I published a book!!

I’m so unbelievably proud! This is the best thing ever and it gave me a lot of self-confidence and clarity.

I know now what I have to do and even though it won’t be easy, it still will be an adventure.

Next year will be amazing!!

*********************************************

But right now I want to thank you all once more, that you are with me, experiencing my writing adventure and making it special to me!

I wish you and your families a heartfelt:

Gifting E-Books…

If you would like to send your ebook as a gift. Allan Krummenacker knows how it works. Thank you very much for sharing this information, Allan!

Musings Of Two Creative Minds

Okay gang, the big day is drawing near and you still want to get a few more gifts but don’t know what to buy, or don’t want to go out into the stores which have already pulled down half of their displays and are lining up Spring stuff. What to do, what to do… how about giving someone a good book to read on their Kindle? It’s fast, easy, and you can have it delivered on Christmas Day and know it will arrive on time…

Didn’t know you could do this? Neither did I for the longest time. I only found out a couple of years ago when we released “The Vampyre Blogs – Coming Home”. I found myself rewarding some of our beta-readers with a free copy of the finished product in whatever form they wished (trade paperback, Kindle, PDF).  Most requested a signed trade paperback, but a couple…
